Creationz by Bell was created to build a bridge between therapy and crafting, by being mindful and using holistic interventions which has encompassed this business. Creationz by Bell is a business that creates a variety of custom made items such as bags, shirts and much more. Each item is made with love, passion, thoughtfulness and creativity. The “Z” in Creationz is to define the zeal of my organization Zeta Phi Beta, Sorority Incorporated. This is Therapy through crafting!

The creative process to help people explore self-expression and, in doing so, find new ways to gain personal insight and develop new coping skills. Research finds that both the presence of art and crafts, can have a positive impact on improving a person's mental health.
What is a Coping Skill?
Coping skills are actions that provide people with a positive sense of release such as crafting, drawing, dancing, exercising, writing and much more.
Who Can Craft?
Anyone who is willing to try! The first step is to have an open mind to explore the world and its possibilities.
